Jyoti Mayal, President of the Travel Association, says that India is a global leader in many areas such as trade and civil services. India is developing rapidly, hence there is a need to pay attention to those factors which tarnish the image of the country and the Indian government. This is why it has become necessary for the government to focus on the quality and reliability of the service providers otherwise it may reduce the confidence of the people in the capabilities of the government.
