According to media reports, the Ministry of External Affairs has launched a transformational program to reform and strengthen its tendering and evaluation process to select the right outsourced service providers. The focus of this transformation is on the four pillars of L1 pricing, quality services, sustainable and viable pricing, data protection security and ethical practices and integrity.
