PM Modi In Himachal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on the Himachal tour. He has flagged off the fourth Vande Bharat Express train in Himachal's Una. Along with this, he also laid the foundation stone of Bulk Drug Park to be built at Haroli, Una at a cost of 1,923 crores. Apart from this, the foundation stone of Una-Hamirpur railway line was also laid in Haroli. In a public function, PM Modi has inaugurated IIIT Una , built at a cost of Rs 128 crore . While addressing the public meeting, PM Modi said that whenever I come to Una, past memories come in front of my eyes.

'Development was not visible in Himachal'
PM Modi said that 'I remember, what was the condition of Himachal, the name of development was not visible anywhere, there were gaps of trust, mountains of despair and potholes all around. He did not even think of filling these pits. We have filled those pits and are now building new buildings firmly. He said that 'my Himachal has taken a big loss for this. The younger generation and mothers and sisters here have raised it. But now the time has changed, our government is not only fulfilling the needs of the people, but has started working with full force to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the people.

PM Modi said, 'Today's new India is working fast on all the old challenges. The facilities which should have reached the people only in the last century are now reaching the people. We are not only fulfilling the needs of the people of the 20th century, but are also taking the modern facilities of the 21st century from door to door in Himachal. That is why today unprecedented work is being done for the development of Himachal. Today, on the one hand, rural roads are being built in Himachal at double the speed.
