Other highlights of the manifesto include the establishment of markets every 10 kilometers in agricultural states, setting up a rolling fund of Rs 10,000 crore for timely payment to sugarcane farmers, and increasing wages under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA). The SP also pledges to implement a laptop distribution scheme for youth nationwide, enforce a complete ban on corruption, and provide free data worth Rs 500 to ration cardholders.

Furthermore, the manifesto promises to allocate 33 percent reservation for women in government jobs, including the police force, and provide a party pension of Rs 3000 per month to women below the poverty line.
