Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on Sunday praised a decision of the country's Chief Justice DY Chandrachud. In the judicial service examination of Uttarakhand, a disabled candidate has been given a big relief by providing him the facility of scribe. AIIMS had given him a certificate of disability, on which it is very satisfying to get justice to the needy person on time.

A bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice PS Narasimha issued notice to the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission and the Uttarakhand government seeking their response and also allowed the petitioner to carry scribe in the examination.
