President Donald Trump sent a message for the holiday season through his social media accounts, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, but also "the radical left scum," referring to the Democrats, whom he accuses of being the cause of all evils through which the country is going.
The president is at his Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida where he celebrated Christmas. On Christmas Eve, he sent a message through his Truth, Social, and X accounts to wish Americans happy holidays, and he also included his opponents.
“Merry Christmas to all, including the scum of the radical left who are doing everything they can to destroy our country, but are failing miserably,” Trump wrote.
The Republican took advantage of the Christmas greeting to continue with all the issues that bother him and for which he directly blames former President Joe Biden.
“We no longer have open borders, men in women's sports, transgender people for all, or weak law enforcement,” he emphasized.
He boasted about changes in the economy, security, and inflation
He made it clear that since he has been in the White House, he has achieved a change in the economy, security, crime, and more, and in his Christmas message, he told Americans that now “we are respected again, perhaps like never before.”
“The What we do have is a record-breaking stock market and 401(k) retirement plans, the lowest crime rates in decades, zero inflation, and, yesterday, a GDP of 4.3%, two points better than expected. Tariffs have given us trillions of dollars in growth and prosperity, and the strongest national security we've ever had,” Trump said.
Calls with Children
Earlier, the president and his wife Melania Trump held a phone call with children, an event organized annually by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), where children can ask questions about Santa Claus.
“We monitor Santa all over the world because we want to make sure he’s good. Santa is a good person. We want to make sure he’s not an infiltrator, that a bad Santa doesn’t infiltrate our country. We’ve found that Santa is good!” the president told a child in Oklahoma.
“I don’t think he’ll be mad, but I think he’ll be very disappointed. Santa tends to be a little angelic,” the president told a girl in North Carolina who asked him if he thought Santa would be mad about not leaving cookies and milk.
