In a video published on her digital platforms, the actress updated her followers about the hip injury she has suffered for several months and for which she has had to undergo a new treatment today.
"I'm on my way to the doctor right now, I'm not fully recovered from my hip, I knew it could be a long process... I'm going to start a peptide treatment," explained the small screen star.
Regarding the ravages that this condition has brought with it, Vanessa Guzmán revealed that her time in the world of bodybuilding is one of them. And she has made the decision to put her health first and put aside competitions in this area.
“The difficult part is not so much the injury or seeing if I am going to need surgery, I think it is the fact of having to make a very strong decision which is not to compete,” she can be heard saying in the audiovisual.
The famous one argued that for her it is important to be in good health to enjoy her loved ones and fulfill her role as grandmother for many more years: “That chair that is there, my granddaughter’s, deserves to have a healthy grandmother, a whole grandmother, a grandmother who can run, play, who can go up and down stairs and give her the best of this stage of my life,” she said.
Finally, Vanessa Guzmán offered a few words of gratitude to all those people who were part of her growth in this area of ????sport and predicted new projects: “It is with great sadness that I give this news, but I know that everything will be for the best (…) Today I close a cycle, which will be to advance and grow in many other aspects,” he pointed out.
