A Hispanic father died by gunshots while celebrating his 26th birthday in the company of his family in a pizzeria in the Wilmington neighborhood, in Los Angeles.
Andrés Castellas was enjoying the Saturday afternoon of May 9 the birthday celebration at Red West Pizza, in the Los Angeles neighborhood, when he tried to stop a fight that originated between two women.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department(LAPD) and his relatives, Castellas tried to calm the quarrel between the two women when he was shot by a subject who escaped on foot.
