A deaf Hispanic ice cream vendor lost his tricycle after a female driver hit him on July 4 while selling his products in Long Beach.
Pedro Castellanos tried to warn the driver with signs to stop, but the woman continued to advance until she hit the Hispanic street vendor's work tool.
Castellanos, a young deaf and mute man, used to go out every day to sell his ice cream and popsicles on the streets of Long Beach to earn a living, a job that has been suspended after the damage to his tricycle.
