Los Angeles firefighters help in rescues after earthquakes in Venezuela
The LACoFD deployed urban search and rescue equipment in Venezuela after the devastating earthquakes, on a mission from the United States Department of State
Members of the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) are collaborating in Venezuela in search and rescue efforts following the devastating earthquakes that occurred last week in Venezuela.
The LACoFD reported this Sunday, on social media, that the urban search and rescue team, known as “USA-2”, is conducting damage assessments by ground and air.
In addition, the LACoFD fire team would also be collaborating this Sunday in search and rescue operations to locate more survivors among the rubble of the buildings affected by the earthquakes of June 24.
