A division bench of Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad heard the nuisance case in Ranchi on Friday. During this, the bench expressed strong displeasure over the reply of the state government. The court said orally that why the SSP of Ranchi and the in-charge of the Daily Market police station were removed during the critical time of research. What was the intention of the government behind his transfer? Instructed Home Secretary and DGP to file a personal affidavit. The next hearing will be held on August 5 in the High Court.

A public interest litigation has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court recently regarding the incident of violent nuisance that took place on June 10 in Ranchi's Main Road. A division bench of Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad is hearing the matter. The petitioner Pankaj Kumar Yadav has filed a public interest litigation in the High Court. The applicant has demanded investigation of the entire matter by NIA, ED and Income Tax. State Government, Chief Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, SSP, Director of NIA, ED Director, Director of Income Tax Research, Hyderabad MP and AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi, Social Democratic Party of India General Secretary Yasmin Farooqui among others have been made as respondents. It has been said that the violent incident has been carried out in Ranchi's Main Road under a well-planned conspiracy. The miscreants have also used banned weapons and pelted stones fiercely.
