The ambassador says that his port is a major trade center of the entire region from a commercial point of view and perspective. He says that Adani Group is preparing to take care and participate in many strategic projects in Israel. He says that not only Adani but many other big business groups and companies of the country are furthering their business in Israel for better environment and partnership between the two countries. More than 80 companies and business entrepreneurs, including the Tatas, have partnerships in Israel.
During this, Israel's ambassador to India talked about the ever-increasing trade agreements between the two countries as well as further strengthening the friendship. He said that both the countries are negotiating a free trade agreement. He says that such a trade agreement will not only benefit both countries, but will also encourage business investment. On completion of thirty years of diplomatic relations between India and Israel, Ambassador Gillan says that Israel's Foreign Minister is going to visit India soon. He says that the date of when Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will come to India is not fixed. But work is being done in this direction.
