The objective is to provide surgical care to 500 children and train 50 young professionals in pediatric care. An initial fund of ?9.37 crores has been allocated for this project, which will start in four districts of the state and expand to others in the future.
Additionally, the thalassemia care program has been instrumental in providing support for bone marrow transplants. Under this scheme, 500 transplants have been conducted, with financial aid of ?10 lakhs per patient. So far, 356 underprivileged children have benefited from this initiative. Other health-related CSR activities include cancer care, dialysis support, and the establishment of oxygen plants to enhance healthcare services.
