Elon Musk: Tension between Elon Musk's two companies over rent payment, X files suit against Atlas

Elon Musk is in another trouble. One of his companies has accused the other of violating the sublease agreement. Regarding this, a case has been filed in the San Francisco Superior Court.
Lawsuit filed in San Francisco Superior Court
In fact, Elon Musk's X Corp, formerly known as Twitter, has filed a lawsuit against financial services company Atlas Exploration. It allegedly demands more than $713,500 in past-due rent and other fees. The lawsuit has been filed in San Francisco Superior Court and accuses Atlas of violating their sublease agreement.
Dispute regarding sublease agreement
Let us tell you, Atlas was earlier known as Point Up Inc. This company invites a special person, who can take advantage of special food and travel. Atlas and X entered into a sublease agreement for office space at 650 California Street in San Francisco's Financial District.
X's allegation
According to X, Atlas attempted to terminate the agreement early. X claims Atlas owes more than $340,263 in rent from September to November of last year. Also the early termination fee has not been paid. Kevin Hill, an attorney representing Atlas, has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
Even before this, X has got into legal trouble
It is worth noting that this is not the first time that X Corp is in some legal trouble. Even before this, the company has had to face legal action regarding outstanding rent. A lawsuit was filed over $3.1 million in unpaid rent at the company's head office in San Francisco and Britain's Crown Estate has also filed claims against X for alleged unpaid rent at its London headquarters.
