On this issue, Radhika Gupta, Managing Director and CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, said that during the OpenAI episode, the world saw Nadella's wartime leadership. Gupta, who had been an intern at Microsoft, thanked Nadella for his contribution in this matter.

According to Gupta's LinkedIn, she worked for Microsoft Office as a program manager intern in 2003 and 2004. During this time, she worked on designing and developing concepts for new features in office products.

Nadella said on social media after Altman's return to OpenAI, "The greatest accomplishment of my job is working with people who work under a mission. Over the last 5 days, I have seen people at OpenAI make the most of their lives." Despite everything that was happening, he remained calm and determined to carry out his mission.

Meanwhile, the board that removed Altman from his role has now been almost completely replaced following a revolt by staff. OpenAI's new boardroom retains only Adam D'Angelo from the former board, who is CEO of Quora. At the same time, former co-CEO of Salesforce Brett Taylor and former US Finance Minister and Harvard University President Larry Summers have also been included in the board of Open AI.
