Costco offers new ice cream in its food courts and customers rush to try it
For just $2.99 ??Costco members can enjoy the new Strawberry Shortcake Sundae
One of the attractions of the Costco price club chain is the incredible offers in its food courts that, despite high food prices, its menus remain affordable for diners.
So, for this summer, the retailer will not only maintain its famous $1.50 hot dog combo to which it has added a new drink option, but also its new ice cream proposal that has motivated its customers to try it before it runs out.
This is the new Strawberry Shortcake Sundae, which joins Costco's line of ice creams, which includes Caramel Churro Sundae and Double Chocolate Mint Sundae, launched earlier this year and which also became highly sought after by customers.
For now, this strawberry soft serve with layers of strawberry syrup and cake pieces will only be at select Costco locations nationwide. It can be had for only $2.99, so diners are already posting their reviews on social media about this new dessert, stating that it is “simply the best ice cream in the world.”
Costco has received good reactions regarding this new proposal; However, many customers are unhappy mentioning that most of their new products disappear or are replaced too quickly.
Finally, starting in 2024, the retailer has a strict policy where only customers with a membership can access food courts.
