Departmental officials will also be present at the program.

The then Chief Minister, Champai Soren, was set to distribute the appointment letters at Prabhat Tara Ground. However, political developments in Jharkhand led to a change in schedule. All programs scheduled for July 3, including the distribution of appointment letters, were canceled. On July 4, Hemant Soren took oath again as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. His government won the trust vote in the assembly on July 8, and the cabinet was expanded with ministers taking oath on the same day. Now, with the distribution of appointment letters back on track, the newly appointed teachers are eagerly looking forward to the ceremony.
