Suspect in murder and kidnapping in Los Angeles was seen before fleeing to Mexico
The Los Angeles Police are looking for Rubén Fregoso, suspected of killing Marysol García, in West Adams, and kidnapping her daughter, Daleyza, 4 years old
The suspect of committing the murder of a mother and kidnapping her 4-year-old daughter in Los Angeles was captured by surveillance cameras in a parking lot in San Ysidro before fleeing to Mexico, according to the images released.
The photos appear to show the suspect, Ruben Fregoso, 40, along with his daughter, Daleyza Fregoso, as they leave a parking lot in San Ysidro shortly after 7:30 a.m. on May 24 moments before crossing the border with Mexico.
Rubén Fregoso is suspected of killing Daleza's mother, Marysol García, who was found dead in her home in the 2600 block of South Alsace Avenue, in the West Adams neighborhood.
