The Colombian singer, who is about to finish the North American leg of her tour, announced that she has added dates to her tour in Latin America
Shakira will return to Latin America. This week, the Colombian singer announced that she has added more dates to her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour in Latin American countries.
Through her Instagram account, the Barranquilla native, who is about to finish the North American leg of her tour, shared the good news.
“I’m here, Latin America. Before Europe and Asia, it’s a joy to be back home. I’m coming back to reunite with you, with the hugs that were left pending and the songs that are left to sing together,” Shakira announced.
The Colombian singer will return to Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina, and has added new destinations such as Paraguay and Uruguay. The singer's new shows are scheduled for the last quarter of 2025 after her shows in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Shakira's announcement generated multiple reactions from her fans, who asked her to announce more shows and to include countries she has not visited, such as Venezuela.
In August, the Barranquilla native ends the North American leg of her tour to return to Mexico, where she will offer more than 15 shows.
One of the most successful tours of 2025
Shakira tops the ranking of the most successful tours of 2025 made by Billboard with her Las mujeres ya no lloran.
With 21 concerts in Latin America and Mexico, the Barranquilla native sold more than one million tickets and raised 130 million dollars, which placed her in second place in the Billboard Boxscore ranking.
The ranking is led by the tour of the British band, Music of the Spheres World Tour, grossed $142 million.
Shakira's tour also reached number 1 on the Top 30 Billboard Boxscores midyear ranking, which highlights the highest-grossing shows.
With her seven shows at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City in March, the Barranquilla native grossed $46.6 million.
Shakira is the only Latin artist to appear in the Top 10 of the most successful global tours.
