Mexican singer Christian Nodal has made a new round of statements in which he spoke for the first time about how he manages to cope with criticism against him. With his characteristic direct personality, the famous singer explained that it is essential for him to maintain his mental health, which is why he turned to a professional.

According to what the singer of “Botella Tras Botella” revealed, psychoanalysis sessions have been his allies for more than two years: “It has helped me a lot. It has really helped me channel and understand many things in life,” he declared in a recent interview.

And according to the Mexican, approaching its concerns from a different perspective has yielded great results.

“Anxiety is a privilege (…) I realize that anxiety is a privilege when you have time to think about everything. In general, brother, I don't know, life gives me anxiety,” he added.

This approach has made him decide to gradually distance himself from social media and limit himself to reappearing when it comes to work commitments. As a result, he has been able to evaluate the ups and downs he has experienced throughout his life and explore the everyday details of life that bring him happiness.
