Shakira wants her fans to choose the songs she will sing at the shows on her US tour.
The Colombian star announced a dynamic on social networks for the public to make the setlist for the North American phase of his world tour
Shakira decided to give a leading role to her followers on her return to the United States. Within the framework of her world tour “Women No Longer Cry World Tour”, the Barranquilla native announced through her networks an interactive dynamic for her fans to choose the songs that will be part of her repertoire in this North American leg.
This new stage, baptized by the artist as the “World Cup Edition” due to its coincidence with the development of the 2026 Soccer World Cup, will begin on June 13 in Los Angeles, California.
The proposal arises from the singer's desire to refresh the themes of her concerts and respond to her audience's longing to hear live those hits that have not been included in recent presentations.
The dynamic to participate is direct and simple. Shakira detailed that interested fans should send a private message to her Instagram account with the keywords “TOUR” or “GIRA.” After doing so, they will automatically receive back an exclusive link to cast their votes and musical suggestions.
To encourage participation, the singer of “Dai Dai”—the official song of the soccer contest—added an attractive benefit. At each of the concerts scheduled on American soil, ten voters will be randomly selected to be part of the “Walk With La Loba” experience, allowing them to walk alongside her at the start of the show.
The US tour will include stops in cities such as Miami, Dallas, Boston and New York, consolidating a historic year for the artist after her massive previous presentations in Mexico and Brazil.
