Eiza González has once again left her followers and Hollywood speechless, but this time not by a glamorous dress on a red carpet, but by an impressive body change for a new project.

The Mexican actress revealed a preview of her new physical transformation, characterized by remarkably defined muscles, as part of her preparation to star in the movie “Iron Jane.”

Through his social networks, González shared a photograph that shows months of arduous training and a strict diet.

“IRON JANE. Welcome to the world of bodybuilding. I'm very proud to tell Jane's story; this journey is very special for me”, wrote the 36 year-old performer, confirming that this project represents one of the most significant challenges of her career.

The film, directed by Lissette Feliciano, tells the story of Janie, a young woman who finds in bodybuilding a way of escape and empowerment after a childhood marked by abandonment.

Depending on the production details, the film will not only show the aesthetics of muscle, but will explore the psychological pressures and sacrifice that women face in this sport.

To achieve the physique of an elite competitor, Eiza has followed a regimen that includes weightlifting four to six days per week, under the supervision of nutrition and high-performance training experts.

In addition to González, the cast will include the participation of Brandon Sklenar, known for his work in the series “1923”.

With this radical change, Eiza González joins the list of method actresses who transform her body to give realism to her characters, reaffirming her commitment to stories that challenge the conventional standards of feminine beauty. The film will be presented internationally in the prestigious Marché du Film at the Cannes Festival.
