Luis Fonsi accompanied Bad Bunny at his residence: I sang with a knot in my throat
The singer of No me doy por vencido surprised at one of this weekend shows by performing Lo que le paso a Hawaii
Luis Fonsi joined the guests who have accompanied Bad Bunny at the shows of his residency No me quiero ir de aqui at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
This weekend, the singer of “No me doy por vencido” defeated” performed “Lo que le paso a Hawaii” alongside Bad Bunny, which is part of the reggaeton singer’s new album: Debi tira mas fotos.
Through his Instagram account, Fonsi expressed his gratitude to the reggaeton singer for inviting him to sing such a meaningful song for all Puerto Ricans.
“Last night Benito invited me to sing at his residence. I sang with a lump in my throat, my hair standing on end, and my flag hanging in my soul. It was very exciting,” the singer wrote alongside several photos of the show.
Fonsi also shared a video of an emotional moment he experienced backstage with Bad Bunny. In the clip, the two singers can be seen sharing a heartfelt hug after the performance.
“Thank you (…) It’s an honor to hear your voice in that song,” Bad Bunny can be heard saying. “You are always with me,” Fonsi responds.
Among the guests who have accompanied Bad Bunny in his residency shows are Ruben Blades, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Belinda, Feid, Arcangel, among others.
On July 11, Bad Bunny began his No Me Quiero Ir De Aqui residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, which will attract thousands of tourists to the island.
In total, Bad Bunny will offer 30 shows in his No Me Quiero Ir De Aqui residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico between July and September.
With his residency shows, Bad Bunny has sold more than 400,000 tickets and will generate an estimated economic impact of 377 million dollars for Puerto Rico.
After his residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, the reggaeton singer will go on tour through Latin America and Europe with his Debia tira mas fotos world tour.
The “Baile “unforgettable” will also be performed in Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
In addition, Bad Bunny will perform for the first time in Australia and Japan.
With this tour, the reggaeton artist will also be performing in Europe for the first time in years. So far, he'll be visiting Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Poland, Italy, and Belgium.
