Corona cases are increasing rapidly in the country. Meanwhile, Adar Poonawala, CEO of Serum Institute of India, has said that his company has already made 50-60 lakh doses of the Covax vaccine. He also said that the cases of corona are increasing but this strain of corona is not very dangerous. Talking to the media, Poonawalla gave this information.

Poonawala said that the current Kovid strain is not very dangerous but as a precaution elderly people can take booster dose of vaccine but it is their choice whether they want to take booster dose or not. 50-60 lakh doses of Covax are available. Along with this, we are preparing to produce the same Covishield dose in the next two-three months.
