The stirring in the capital Delhi regarding the MCD elections has intensified. In this sequence, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced 10 guarantees of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) including cleaning three filling sites and ending corruption in the municipal corporation. Arvind Kejriwal said that the BJP had promised to bring money from the Center, to make Delhi garbage free but did nothing. It will not get more than 20 seats in the MCD elections.

Arvind Kejriwal said that AAP always fulfills its promises, BJP's intention is not right, it issues 'Vachan Patra' and then does nothing for five years. He has said that AAP promises to provide a permanent solution to the parking problem in Delhi, repair of roads and improve MCD schools and hospitals. 'AAP' will pay salaries to municipal employees on time, end 'Inspector Raj' and open sealed shops.

*Kejriwal said that we will do the work of making Delhi the capital of the country beautiful. Delhi will be liberated from the mountains of garbage. Now no new mountain of garbage will be seen in Delhi. With the help of experts from London, Tokyo, we will arrange for waste management. Not only this, proper arrangements for cleaning will be made. 

*Kejriwal said that corruption will be ended. Arrangements will be made to get the process of passing the building maps done online. Paying money on every lens will be stopped. We will work to bring rules for the construction of the house.

* Parking arrangement in Delhi will be fixed. A better plan will be made. 

* Delhi will be freed from stray animals.

The streets of Delhi will be fixed. Kejriwal said that we will do the work of repairing the roads of the Municipal Corporation.

* Delhi's municipal schools and hospitals will be made better.

* Parks will be well arranged in Delhi.

* Contract workers will be made permanent in Delhi. They will be given salary under 7th pay commission. Salary will be given on one date. 

* The process of licensing will be simplified for traders in Delhi. Kejriwal said that there are many types of fees which we will end. Inspector Raj will be abolished and sealed shops will be opened.

* Work will be done to create a vending zone for street vendors. We will work on ending the recovery raj. 

* Let us discuss here that the voting for the election of Municipal Corporation (MCD) in Delhi is to be held on 4 December while the election results will come on 7 December.
