This was the dynamic debut of the Audi Nuvolari at Goodwood
The new Audi Nuvolari debuted in motion at Goodwood with Tom Kristensen at the wheel and made clear the brand's sporting direction
It was not necessary to wait for its arrival on the market to understand that Audi has high expectations for the Nuvolari. The German manufacturer chose the Goodwood Festival of Speed to show it in action for the first time, a decision that made it clear that this supercar is destined to become one of its most exclusive pieces.

The presentation did not only consist of displaying the vehicle. Audi wanted to show what it is capable of on the festival's famous mountain course, a stage where each manufacturer seeks to convince fans with real performance and not just with figures on paper.

For that first dynamic display, the brand turned to Tom Kristensen, nine-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. His presence behind the wheel reinforced the sporty character of the model and provided even more expectation around one of Audi's most ambitious projects.
A supercar designed to offer maximum performance
The Audi Nuvolari aims to become the most powerful and fastest production vehicle the brand has ever developed. Its proposal combines a high-performance hybrid system with a new evolution of the renowned quattro all-wheel drive.
Added to this set are solutions such as active aerodynamics and electronic management designed to take advantage of each component of the propulsion system. The intention is not only to increase power, but to offer a precise response in any driving condition.
Much of this development comes from Audi's accumulated experience in motorsports, especially in aspects related to energy control, component cooling and aerodynamic efficiency.
Goodwood was the perfect test
The Goodwood route, with its 1.86 kilometers of length, is one of the most demanding settings to show the dynamic behavior of a car.
There, the Nuvolari showed how traction, suspension, aerodynamics and electronic systems work together to offer high-level driving.
Kristensen's participation also helped convey Audi's message. The brand wanted to demonstrate that this model will not only be a collector's vehicle, but also a sports car developed with a strong influence from competition.
There will only be 499 units
Beyond its performance, the Nuvolari also debuts a new design language for Audi. Its lines anticipate the aesthetic direction that the brand could adopt in future high-performance models.
Production will be limited to just 499 units, a figure that will increase its exclusivity among collectors and enthusiasts. The first deliveries are planned for the first half of 2027.
The name of the model was not chosen at random either. Audi recovered the surname of Tazio Nuvolari, one of the most legendary figures in motorsports, as a way to connect this new supercar with a history marked by speed, innovation and competition.
