Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken strict action in the case of murder of six people in a land dispute in Deoria. He ordered suspension, departmental action against them and transfer of 15 officers and employees of the district administration and police, after which swift action started. While doing a thorough review of the incident on Thursday, he said that no matter who is the culprit, action will be taken against everyone.
In fact, in the government report, this strict step has been taken after taking cognizance of the gross negligence and laxity in performing the duties of the guilty officers and employees in connection with the incident that took place in village Fatehpur located in Rudrapur police station and tehsil of Deoria. Is. Investigation revealed that in connection with the dispute, several complaints under IGRS regarding illegal occupation of village society land by Satya Prakash Dubey were sent online to the Police Department and Revenue Department as a reference to the Chief Minister. The matter was not taken seriously and disposed of by the concerned officials of both the departments.
The punishment fell on these officers and employees
- Departmental action will be taken against former SDM Ram Vilas, Om Prakash, Dhruv Shukla and Sanjeev Kumar Upadhyay.
- Departmental action will be initiated against retired Tehsildar Vanshraj Ram and retired Revenue Inspector Ramanand Pal.
- The then Tehsildar Ramashray (currently posted in Balrampur) is suspended, departmental action will also be taken.
- Revenue Inspector Vishal Nath Yadav, Regional Accountant Rajnandani Yadav and Accountant Akhilesh suspended, departmental action also ordered.
