Corona Vaccine Deaths: The government is not responsible for the deaths of people caused by the Corona vaccine. This reply has been filed by the government in the Supreme Court. In its affidavit filed in the Supreme Court, the central government has said that the government has full sympathy with the families of those who died during the Corona vaccination drive, but the government cannot be held responsible for their deaths.

Significantly, when the vaccination drive was started by the government amidst the increasing effect of Corona, a large number of people were given vaccine doses. At the same time, some people also died after vaccination. A petition was filed in the Supreme Court regarding those deaths. 

Petition filed after death due to vaccination: Tell me, two young women had allegedly died after taking the vaccine. After which a petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of his parents. On this petition, the Central Government has filed a reply in the Supreme Court.

The aggrieved party can appeal for compensation: In its affidavit filed in the Supreme Court, the central government has said that the government is not responsible for the death due to vaccination. The center said that the aggrieved party can appeal for compensation in the civil court.

The Center said that the first petitioner, Rachna Gangu's daughter, who had taken the first dose of Covishield, died within a month of taking the dose. The second petitioner is Venugopalan Govindan whose daughter also took the first dose of Covishield last year and died after a few days. The center has said in its filed affidavit that symptoms of thrombosis and TTS have been observed in the deceased.
