The Center said that the first petitioner, Rachna Gangu's daughter, who had taken the first dose of Covishield, died within a month of taking the dose. The second petitioner is Venugopalan Govindan whose daughter also took the first dose of Covishield last year and died after a few days. The center has said in its filed affidavit that symptoms of thrombosis and TTS have been observed in the deceased.
