Taking major action, the Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered forcible retirement of 36 policemen. Serious allegations have been leveled against all the policemen, after which the government took major action and gave VRS prematurely.

After examining the records and cases of all the 36 policemen who were forcibly retired, the government ordered premature retirement. The review committee found instances of poor performance, criminal and corruption cases of all policemen.

This is not the first incident of premature retirement of employees. Even before this, the Narendra Modi government at the Center has taken major action against corrupt employees. A few days ago, the Modi government forcibly gave VRS to 19 railway employees. According to a report, more than 75 employees were prematurely retired.

The Narendra Modi government at the Center is keeping a strict watch on those employees, who are accused of not doing their work with full devotion and of being negligent. It is clear from the action of the central government that any kind of negligence and corruption will not be tolerated during the work.
