The case of an elderly woman urinating on a co-passenger in an Air India flight has taken a new turn. In a U-turn, Shankar Mishra, an accused in the case, on Friday told a Delhi court that he had not urinated on the complainant.

The defense counsel argued in the court that the woman's seat could be accessed only from the back and in no case could urination be done from the front side of the seat. Also said that the passenger sitting behind the complainant has also not made any such complaint.

On the other hand, Shankar Mishra, the accused in the case, said that I am not an accused. It is alleged that the complainant herself urinated and was suffering from the prostate-related disease. It also said that the seating arrangement was such that one could not even go to the lady's seat.
