Aurangabad. During the ongoing cultural program on the occasion of Independence Day at DN Public School, Pundaul, Goh Headquarters, the railing of the roof of the school collapsed. 17 children were injured after falling down including the debris of the railing. All the children have been admitted to the PHC. Four of them are in critical condition.

The seriously injured children have been referred to Gaya Magadh Medical College. The incident is said to have happened around 3 pm. It is being told that due to the heavy load, the railing suddenly broke down and came down. As soon as the information was received, Goh police station chief Shamim Ahmed reached the spot along with Dalbal and started investigation.

It is said that on the occasion of Independence Day at BN Public School, Kundal, a cultural program was being organized on the terrace of the school, where hundreds of children were enjoying the cultural program.

Suddenly the railing of the roof collapsed. 17 children were injured in this accident. Everyone was rushed to the government hospital with the help of local people. After the first aid, the doctors there, seeing the condition of the four as serious, have referred them to Magadha Medical College, Gaya.
