Then the police team traced the boy's location and stopped the 25-year-old youth from committing suicide.
The Mumbai Police official said that on the basis of important information like IP address and location shared by the US National Central Bureau-Interpol, the youth was identified on Tuesday afternoon as a person working in an IT company in Kurla area of Mumbai . As soon as the information was received, the police team reached to save the youth and also counseled him.

The police officer said that the youth, a resident of Jogeshwari area here and working as an IT engineer in a private company, had taken loans from various financial institutions for education and other needs. He was unable to pay even the installment of his house loan, so he was in depression. That's why he was searching online about the method of suicide without pain.
Police say the US-based agency alerted the Interpol officer in New Delhi about this who shared the information with the Mumbai Police.
