He breathed his last at the Trauma Center of King George's Medical College, Lucknow. He was undergoing treatment for heart disease at King George's Medical College. The leaders of Jharkhand including Chief Minister Hemant Soren have condoled the death of Raji.
Ignoring NDA's numbers, Shibu Soren was sworn in
Syed Sibte Razi, an old Congressman and close to the Gandhi family, was the Governor of Jharkhand in 2005. Sibte Razi, who was the General Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Congress, was elected to the Upper House thrice. He was a member of Rajya Sabha from 1980 to 1985, from 1988 to 1992 and from 1992 to 1998. Born in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh
Born on 7 March 1939 in Rae Bareli, Syed Sibte Razi joined Shia College after passing 10th from Hussainabad Higher Secondary School in Rae Bareli. He became active in student politics while studying in college. He had to do the job of an accountant in a hotel to get pocket money. After passing the B.Com examination from Lucknow University, he joined the Uttar Pradesh Youth Congress. Razi, who joined the Youth Congress in 1969, became the State President of the Youth Congress in 1971.
