Mafia Ashraf's brother-in-law Saddam has been kept in the same Central Jail-2 in which his brother-in-law Ashraf spent three years. Here Saddam himself had provided all the comforts and facilities in connivance with the jail staff. For this reason, eight jail and police officers and employees including the jail superintendent were suspended.
Of these, two arrested constables are also lodged in this jail. Even after keeping Saddam in high security barrack, the jail administration is having sleepless nights. Therefore, the jail administration is taking aggressive steps. Saddam's special henchman Lalla Gaddi, Furkan and many of his associates are also currently in this jail.
Saddam, confined in a high security barrack, is said to be very restless. Before the murder of advocate Umesh Pal, Ashraf was serving time in Bareilly District Jail. Saddam used to meet his brother-in-law without a prescription and deliver the goods. The situation had changed after the murder of Umesh Pal.
Instead of the spicy and spicy dishes of hotels and restaurants, only the food of ordinary prisoners was reaching Ashraf. Now even Saddam will be able to get food from prisoners only. The plate that reached Saddam on Thursday night contained simple pulses, vegetables and roti.
According to sources, he did not like this food. He expressed to the authorities his desire to live in a barrack where there were other prisoners, but permission was not granted. Even in the isolated barracks, the jail staff is keeping a special eye on Saddam.
Jail Superintendent warned the staff
Vipin Mishra was given the responsibility of this post after the suspension of Central Jail-2 Superintendent Rajeev Shukla. As soon as Saddam reached the jail, this jail again came into limelight. The Jail Superintendent held a meeting with all the jail staff and said that the mistake of the last time should not be repeated.
There is no need to be tempted by anyone, otherwise you may have to face legal action and the jail will also be brought into disrepute. Treat all prisoners equally as per rules. There is no need to consider anyone a VIP.
The fear of remand is also troubling Saddam
Saddam is afraid of being taken on remand. STF headquarters officials are in touch with Bareilly police officers. If needed, an application for Saddam's remand can be made and he can be taken to Prayagraj.
