Indian Army taught Pakistan a lesson, but It cannot be said with certainty how long it will remain calm. That is why India has again started its preparations. The citizens will again be told how to survive in case of a war. This time on 31st May, a mock drill 'Operation Shield' is going to be held in the states bordering the border. There will be a mock blackout under "Operation Shield" from 8:00 pm to 8:15 pm. Let us know what will happen in it?

What will happen in the drill? The siren will ring at exactly 8:00 pm. After this, all the citizens have been instructed to turn off all the lights, whether they are inverters, solar lights, mobile torches or vehicle lights.

Pull the curtains of the windows, so that the light does not come out. No vehicle should run for a full 15 minutes, shops should remain closed, and any kind of movement should be stopped.

Important instructions for the people: Do not panic! This is just a mock drill, not a real emergency. Inform the elderly, children and the sick in advance so that they do not panic. Emergency services like ambulance, fire service and hospitals will remain fully active during this time.

Why is Operation Shield being conducted? The purpose of the drill is to see how quickly and intelligently the public and the administration react if a real crisis or a blackout situation arises. This drill will rehearse the emergency protocol and identify important shortcomings. The administration has appealed to the public for cooperation. This drill is considered important for a strong, alert and safe Jammu. So if you are in any border state including Jammu, switch off the lights as soon as you hear the siren at 8 pm tonight, stay calm, and contribute to the country's security preparation.
