Former daughter-in-law of President Donald Trump reveals she has cancer
Vanessa Trump, ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., faces a trial by fire to try to beat recently detected breast cancer
Vanessa Kay Trump, ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., son of the current president of the nation, announced that she suffers from breast cancer.
Originally from New York, the former model of Danish descent married Donald Trump Jr., in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, on November 12, 2005.
However, she may also have previously married Saudi prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud, after three years of courtship.
Together with the son of the current president of the nation, they formed a family by having five children: Kai Madison (19 years old), Donald John III (17), Tristan Milos (14), Spencer Frederick (13), and Chloe Sophia (11).
Despite the union that the couple projected during the social events where they were captured, after 13 years, Vanessa Kay filed for divorce in a New York court on March 15, 2018 and that same year their marriage was dissolved.
However, she continued to be linked to the Trump family and regularly joins them at the meetings they usually organize or during White House events led by her father-in-law.
Recently, she had made public her romance with golfer Tiger Woods and speculation began about the possibility of seeing her married again.
The controversial thing about the matter is that during a routine medical check-up Vanessa Trump was detected with breast cancer.
Through her Instagram account, Donald Trump's ex-daughter-in-law announced that she began treatment in the hope of overcoming cancer soon.
"I want to share a personal update on my health. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. While it's not news anyone expects, I am working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan.
I remain focused and hopeful, surrounded by the love and support of my family, my children and those closest to me.
Thank you for your kindness and support; It means a lot to me. “I kindly ask that you respect my privacy while I focus on my health and recovery,” he wrote.
As a way of solidarity, his ex-sister-in-law Ivanka published a phrase of encouragement on her profile.
"Praying for your continued strength and a speedy recovery. I love you mom," he said.
