John Fetterman again attacked his fellow Democrats for criticizing Donald Trump
John Fetterman is convinced that the Democratic Party is getting its strategy wrong for confronting Republicans in the midterm elections.
Once again, Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman severely rebuked his fellow Democrats for focusing on disqualification. cations towards the policies of President Donald Trump rather than drafting proposals that help them recover the vote of citizens.
During his participation in the television show “Real Time with Bill Maher,” the controversial legislator whom several democrats as they consider a closet Republican, defined as excessive the strategy orchestrated by his party by resorting to anti-Trump messages.
“My colleagues and the people who are running, whether for the Senate or the House of Representatives, literally are running with the promise of 'fuck Trump'. They have campaign ads (with that message). It's absurd…”, he expressed.
Fetterman is clear that, to aspire again to occupy the presidency, to exercise control of the Senate and to place himself as the majority in the House of Representatives, the order of the Party of Democrat should be offered proposals for solutions to the problems of citizenship, which should initially be made known before the mid-term elections are carried out.
“We must find a better way forward,” he emphasized.
Despite being rejected by several important members of his party, the senator who usually attaches work meetings wearing shorts and sweatshirts outrightly ruled out the idea of jumping to the conservative side.
“I thought we were an inclusive party, so I don't understand how I became a problem for some of the Democrats simply by having different opinions.
"I'm a convinced democrat... I vote 93% of the time (with democrats). So, if ever decide to change, which I won't do, invite me to the show and I'll announce it," he expressed with a smile.
The truth is that the relationship between John Fetterman and Donald Trump seems to work better with respect to the closeness to the Democrats and it seems complex that the situation can be reversed at least before the midterm elections are held.
