The doctor in question shared a photograph on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter, to which he added a caption considered by some Republicans to be in poor taste and disrespectful.
“Looking forward to the big, beautiful obituary,” he wrote, referring to the budget legislation known as the “One, Big, Beautiful Bill,” which was published on July 4 of last year with the aim of implementing several tax cuts in the government budget.
