Wrestlers filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding registration of an FIR against Wrestlers Federation of India (WFI) President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. In the petition, the wrestlers have said that they are being forced to wander from door to door for justice. Explain that after the allegations of wrestlers, the Sports Ministry had decided to constitute a monitoring committee on January 23, 2023 to investigate the matter. This monitoring committee had also recorded the statements of the victims. Wrestlers have said in their petition that it is sad that even after the formation of the committee, no concrete steps have been taken to solve this serious issue.
