Pakistan's economic condition is already bad, but in spite of this political instability is continuously increasing there. Now there open attacks on the judiciary have also started. In fact, the leader of Pakistan's ruling party Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Maryam Nawaz has targeted the Supreme Court judges from an open platform. He has also openly criticized the Chief Justice of Pakistan and accused him of indirectly supporting Imran Khan.

At a party event in Pakistan's Sargodha city, PML(N) vice-president and chief organizer Maryam Nawaz met Supreme Court judges Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi, former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar and Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, former ISI Showing photographs of Chief Lt. Gen. Faiz Hameed, said that people should look at their faces carefully as they had conspired to oust Nawaz Sharif from power in 2017. He said that these people are responsible for the present crisis of Pakistan.

In an open attack on the sitting judges of the Supreme Court, Maryam Nawaz said that she is ready to face the consequences of her words but she will not live without exposing them. Attacking the current Chief Justice Umar Adah Bandial, Maryam Nawaz said that 'instead of doing his bench work, the Chief Justice is fixing the responsibility of the government, the Election Commission and the governors'. Maryam said that 'you are not fulfilling your basic responsibility and are busy in some other work'.

Maryam Nawaz said that the army has left Imran Khan, so now he wants to come to power through the judiciary. On the other hand, on the statement of Maryam Nawaz, Imran Khan said that Maryam Nawaz has attacked the judiciary only to avoid elections. Imran Khan has appealed to the judiciary to take cognizance of Maryam Nawaz's statement.
