An armed man was arrested after remaining barricaded for several hours in a house, with the threat of shooting a family member early Monday morning in the Arleta district of Los Angeles.
Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers responded shortly after 1:00 a.m. to a barricaded home on Gruen Street in Arleta, near Beachy Avenue Elementary School.
The suspect was barricaded inside the home with several weapons, including an AR-style rifle, until authorities arrested him around noon.
