Young 14 years old dies after accidental shot performed by his brother 12 in Texas

Authorities in Harris County, Texas, are investigating the death of a 14-year-old boy who was accidentally shot by his 12-year-old brother while handling a rifle.
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez reported that deputies from Precinct 4 and the Sheriff's Department (HCSO) responded to a home on the block on Friday 31000 Gianna Springs neighborhood near Blackstone Trail, where the teen was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to preliminary reports, the parents were not home at the time of the incident, but their three children were: the 14-year-old victim, his 12-year-old brother, and a 17-year-old sister.
