Nearly 60 vehicles collide due to dense fog in California
The California Highway Patrol said 59 vehicles collided in Kern County; ten injured people were taken to local hospitals
Nearly 60 vehicles were involved in a massive accident that occurred Saturday morning in Central California.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the The accident was reported at approximately 8:15 a.m. on Highway 99, near 24th Avenue, in the town of Delano, north of Bakersfield, in Kern County. According to authorities, the accident is believed to have been caused by the dense fog that was present Saturday morning.
