The United States Government has implemented, as part of economic measures to boost the population and in turn the country's economy, packages and plans that include aid, financing or stimulus checks which come from tax collections, budget surpluses, state profits from energy resources, among others.

Generally, these aids are for low-income or resource families and the money is distributed through local governments through guaranteed income programs and others.

Although many states have stopped promoting these financial assistance after the pandemic, there are still certain entities that continue to support their communities in this way and here we tell you which states are distributing stimulus checks and how to access them:

California

In Sacramento, California, low-income families with children under five years of age who have filed their tax returns may be eligible for stimulus checks up to $725 through a guaranteed income program. All the information can be found here.
