After the announcement of Borger's arrest, more women came forward to report having been attacked by him during massages
A Kansas massage therapist is accused of sexually assaulting several women he served as clients.
Aaron P. Borger, 44 years old, who according to worked as a masseuse at a yoga studio in Baldwin City, Kansas, faces two charges rape, five counts of aggravated sexual assault and four counts of minor sexual assault, as recorded in Kansas judicial records.
Borger was arrested on April 8, reported to the Baldwin City Police Department, and initially,he was only charged with the two counts of rape and the aggravated sexual assault.
“The arrest is the result of an investigation into an alleged incident that occurred last week during a massage session at Om Grown Yoga, an establishment located in Baldwin City,” the police department said.
Since then, according to judicial records, he has been charged additionally for alleged crimes committed between 2024 and April 2026.
According to an affidavit reviewed by People, police reported that Borger was initially reported on April 3 by a woman who alleged that he digitally penetrated her during a massage.
After the announcement of Borger's arrest, the sworn statement indicated that more women came forward to report having been assaulted by him during massages.
Police reported that Borger also worked at a chiropractic clinic in Grandview, Missouri.
“Our office thanks these victims for reporting and sharing their stories with authorities,” Douglas County District Attorney Dakota Loomis stated in a statement, according to KCTV.
“If any person believes to have been a victim of inappropriate and non-consensual contact by Mr. Borger or any other professional of health, know that there are law enforcement and prosecutors who will listen to you and hold accountability from those who harmed you,” he added.
