Bollywood veteran actor Bobby Deol is about to do something new to gain popularity once again. Ever since Bobby Deol played the character of Baba Nirala in Prakash Jha's web series Aashram, he has become the favorite hero of millions. In the web series based on the character of Ram Rahim, Bobby played his character very well and easily gave bold scenes with the actress. Now at the age of 53, Bobby Deol is going to debut in South Cinema. Yes, Bobby is now all set to make his debut in a Telugu film.

According to media reports, Bobby Deol has joined the cast of South's superstar Pawan Kalyan's upcoming period action film Hari Hara Veera Mallu. It is being told that Bobby will play the role of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in the Telugu film. Directed by filmmaker Krish Jagarlamudi, the film will feature Kalyan as the titular dacoit and Niddhi Agerwal as Panchami. Deol, who plays Mughal ruler Aurangzeb in the film, began shooting for the project after joining the film's sets in Hyderabad. In a special video released by the makers on social media, the team of Hari Hara Veera Mallu (Hari Hara Veera Mallu Movie) is seen giving a grand welcome to the actor.

Bobby Deol is quite excited to make his debut in South cinema with a pan-India project. He said, 'I always wanted to work in the South film industry and was waiting for an opportunity that would make me excited. When I heard Hari Hara Veera Mallu, I felt very happy inside. I am also excited to play the role of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb and work with superstar Pawan Kalyan.

Bobby said, 'The film's producer A.M. Ratnam and director Krish Jagarlamudi have done such amazing films in the past as well. It is great to be associated with such a wonderful team. Produced by Mega Surya Productions, the film will be released in 2023 in five languages - Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
