Cazzu revealed that she will meet Belinda: She is an icon of pop and music
The Argentine singer, who is in Mexico to present her book Perreo a revolution said that in the coming days she will meet with the Mexican
The Argentine singer Cazzu confirmed that she will soon meet Belinda during her visit to Mexico. This meeting has generated great expectations among her fans, who even dream of a possible musical collaboration between the two artists.
In a recent meeting with the press, Julieta Cazzuchelli, the Argentine singer's real name, expressed her admiration for Belinda and described her as a pop and music icon who will go down in history.
"I'm going to meet her, I'm going to have the luck of talking to her. She's an icon of pop and music who will go down in history, you already know that," said Cazzu when asked if she had planned to meet with Belinda during her visit to Mexico.
So far, Belinda has not mentioned the meeting with Cazzu; However, on other occasions the Mexican singer has expressed her appreciation for the Argentine's success.
“I love that she sold out her national auditoriums and how great. I feel very happy that in Mexico they receive her with so much love because she deserves it," said Belinda in June about the shows the Argentine offered in Mexico City.
The possible meeting between Cazzu and Belinda has revived speculation about a possible collaboration between both artists in the future.
A couple of months ago, Cazzu said that at the moment she had no plans to collaborate with any Mexican artists, since she doesn't know many.
"I respect Mexican artists a lot, I don't know them much, I know very few, I think I know Kenia (Os) and at some point I exchanged messages with Danna, but I feel like those things happen when I can get to know people," she said.
At that time, the Argentine indicated that if she did any collaboration at some point could be with Kenia Os, but she doesn't think she'll sing with Belinda because she thinks that would only fuel the morbid curiosity that exists around both of them, since they were both Christian Nodal's partners.
“Kenia seems like a sweetheart to me, with her I have been able to have a little more of a relationship, but I feel that Beli's thing, people move it in a more morbid way, I wouldn't like to feed the morbidity, I feel that those are connections that have to be made with music, that sometimes they happen and sometimes they don't, and that's okay, " she assured.
This week, Cazzu arrived in Mexico to present her book Perreo, a revolution. Upon arriving at the airport, the singer was approached by the press about what she would do in the country and about issues of support and raising her daughter with Christian Nodal.
