According to the program 'Primer Impacto', which was the channel that released details of the virtual hearing that lasted two hours and in which both Paulina and 'Colate' were present, the renowned singer accused her ex of having kidnapped the only son they have in common.
"The singer Paulina Rubio asked, during a hearing, that her oldest son be returned to her since, she claims, he was kidnapped by her ex-husband, Nicolas 'Colate' Vallejo," reported 'Primer Impacto' on its Instagram account.
The publication was accompanied by a video that showed a fragment of the aforementioned hearing, where 'The Golden Girl' defended her right to be with her son.
"She accused him of taking advantage of her, of the son they had and of the justice system. She says that he took him from the day of his graduation, on June 5, but not before calling to demand that she return a cell phone to the minor," reported in 'Primer Impacto'.
During the hearing, led by a Miami judge, Paulina Rubio accused her ex-partner of manipulation and of turning her son against her, and also assured that she has never hit or mistreated him, contrary to what was said at the time after the famous incident with the cell phone, which was so talked about a month ago.
Paulina Rubio's accusations received a response from 'Colate' and his lawyer, who denied the allegations made by the renowned artist, while also assuring that they took Andrea Nicolás to their house on July 2, but she was not there at the time, thus denying that they have kidnapped the minor.
The Spanish businessman accompanied his testimony with a photograph in which his 14-year-old son was seen outside his mother's house in the City of the Sun, which showed that he was not lying.
After hearing testimony from both parents, the judge ordered that Andrea Nicolás continue with psychological therapy and that he be returned to his mother this Tuesday, as indicated in the visitation plan.
She also ordered that Paulina Rubio be the one to take him and pick him up from her summer camp in Spain in order to prevent 'Colate' from keeping the minor in that country. However, in Spain there are two investigations against the interpreter, one of them for allegedly having hit her teenage son, so she would run the risk of being investigated as soon as she sets foot in the city of Madrid.
