Sidhu Moose Wala Murder Case: Punjab Police has got the transit remand of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case. Punjab Police will present gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in Mansa court in front of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Sidhu Musewala murder case tomorrow. In the Moosewala murder case, a Delhi court has directed the Punjab Police to ensure that accused gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is medically examined in accordance with law and order before leaving Delhi and before being produced before the concerned CJM court, Mansa.

Lawrence Bishnoi's lawyer Vishal Chopra said that complete videography will be done from his taking to the court. The court has passed a detailed order that the Punjab Police will be solely responsible for his life and safety and that no accident should happen to him. Vishal Chopra said that the court has given transit remand with conditions. Before taking him away, Punjab Police will get his medical test done, all security measures will be taken care of, he will be handcuffed and he will be taken in a bullet proof vehicle.

In the court, the Punjab Police said that they want to interrogate Lawrence Bishnoi in the Sidhu Musewala murder case. Advocate Vishal Chopra, appearing for Lawrence Bishnoi, opposed the application of the Punjab Police and said there was a security threat. It was assured by the Punjab Police that if the transit remand is obtained, in such a situation, the police will ensure his safety during the custody.

Here, a Haryana Police team questioned shooters Santosh Jadhav and Siddhesh Kamble alias Mahakal, accused in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala in Pune, Maharashtra, about the infamous gangster Vikram Brar, who is wanted in several cases in Haryana. An official gave this information on Tuesday. It is believed that Brar is currently living abroad. Brar, Mahakal and Jadhav are all members of Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Jadhav, a suspect in the Musewala murder case, was arrested by the Pune Rural Police from Bhuj in Gujarat on Sunday. At the same time, Vikram Brar is a wanted accused in Haryana. Since Jadhav and Mahakal were told to have contacts with Brar, both the accused were questioned about Brar. According to the official, the suspects told that they used to talk to Brar through internet calling facility, but also said that they are not in touch with him at this time. Officials had said that Bishnoi is currently in the custody of the Special Cell of Delhi Police and is said to be the main conspirator in the murder of Musewala.
