Attention, royalty and streaming fans! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just made it clear that their conquest of Hollywood is far from over. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have renewed and extended their multi-million dollar deal with Netflix, promising a new wave of content ranging from Christmas celebrations to romantic dramas and heartwarming documentaries.
Meghan Empire Grows
Meghan Markle is solidifying her status as the queen of lifestyle with her popular series 'With Love, Meghan.' And there's more on the way! Not only is a second season confirmed, but the Duchess is also preparing for the holidays with a special Christmas episode titled 'Holiday Celebration'.
The synopsis promises a "magical Christmas celebration" from her home in Montecito, where she and friends and family will share recipes, decorations, and gifts. Get the punch ready, because we can follow her tutorials from home!
In addition, her new brand, 'As Ever', which sold out in record time, will continue to grow with the help of Netflix, proving that the "Meghan effect" is more powerful than ever.
But it's not all glamor and style. The couple will also use their platform to give voice to stories that matter. They will soon release the documentary short film, 'Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within,' which tells the story of an orphanage in Uganda where children use dance as a form of healing and hope. And for romance lovers, they are preparing a film adaptation of Carley Fortune's best-selling novel, 'Meet Me at the Lake.' "My husband and I are inspired by our partners," Meghan said, proud of creating "thoughtful content with global impact."
Bela Bajaria, Netflix's chief content officer, couldn't agree more: "Harry and Meghan are influential voices whose stories resonate with audiences around the world. We're excited to continue our collaboration."
