Amid the growing controversy and tension surrounding the reality show 'La Granja VIP,' its host, Adal Ramones, came forward to categorically deny the rumors pointing to his possible departure from the program.

Speculation about the presenter's replacement went viral on digital platforms, pointing to a series of errors during Live broadcasts were cited as the alleged reason. However, Ramones dismissed these claims as part of a media “dirty war.” It was on La Taquilla, Rene Franco's radio show on YouTube, where the host addressed the issue frankly. “These are war tactics, you know it. They were used yesterday, they're being used today, and they'll always be used,” Ramones declared. The veteran presenter asserted that it's an orchestrated campaign to overshadow the reality show's success. “They're making requests to certain hosts, newspapers, and media outlets, saying, 'We need you to attack this show that's overshadowing us,'” he stated, implying that there are vested interests working against him. Competition from 'La Granja VIP' Ramones went further, placing the TV Azteca production at the center of a battle for viewers. He emphasized that 'La Granja VIP's' only direct competition is on Sundays against '“Quien es la Mascara”', and underscored the philosophy that “there's enough sun for everyone.” However, he explained the substantial differences with other formats, making a clear allusion to Televisa's 'La Casa de los Famosos'. Ramones highlighted that his program is filmed on location, which requires a very different logistical effort. The host even revealed that he knows that “executives who have nothing to do with Televisa or Univision” are behind the spread of these fake news stories from Miami. “Certain people knew that this could diminish the success that 'La Casa' could have,” he noted, arguing that the ultimate goal of these versions would be to affect the program's reception among the Mexican public. To further clarify his position, Adal Ramones detailed that, before joining TV Azteca to host 'La Granja VIP',He notified executives at Televisa, a company with which he had a long working relationship, of his decision. According to his testimony, he had informal approval to join the project. “I have no issues with Televisa,” he stated, thus ending any speculation about a supposed conflict with his former television network.
